COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE SITE
When you provide us with your email address for registration, we will send you periodic emails regarding upcoming events, special deals, merchandise available to purchase and special announcements from sponsors.
Each email sent out includes an opt-out link and a link to update your information.

RunSignUp – The Site uses Run Sign Up to collect and process registration and credit card payments.
Why it is collected: This information is necessary for event registration, for race scoring, and to contact you.
What is collected: During event registration, your name, address, gender, birthdate, telephone number, emergency contact information, email address, occupation, industry, shirt size and payment information is collected.
In addition, you have the option of giving us permission to send your email address to AACR if you wish to be added to their mailing list.

MailChimp – We use MailChimp to manage registration email communications.
Why is it collected: We collect registration information from Run Sign Up and transfer to MailChimp for email distribution.
What is collected: Name, city, state, country, county, email address, year, and event participation are collected from Run Sign Up and transferred over to MailChimp.

Adtaxi: Adtaxi is a digital marketing agency, specializing in high-performance campaigns that drive tangible business results for their clients through advanced attribution and strategic paid media management.
Why it is collected: The Site uses Adtaxi to personalize and deliver ads, as well as measure and report on ad campaigns. It also maintains ad transaction records and attributes purchases or other actions to ads.
What is collected: Adtaxi collects your data (name, email address, location) and data from your device (IP address, hardware and software info). They won’t share your data without asking your permission. If you give them permission, they'll only share it with companies that agree to their privacy rules.

Why is it collected: Information used at registration is used for timing purposes for race participants.
What is collected: This information includes age, city, state, and gender, and can be provided to appropriate media outlets.

This policy and the use of the Site are governed by Pennsylvania State law. If a dispute arises under this Policy we agree to first try and resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed upon mediator in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.
If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.
