Deferral Instructions

(Deadline is November 12)

Follow these instructions to defer your registration to next year. Note there is a $10.00 charge to do so.

    1. Log in to your Race Roster account
    2. Go to EVENT STORE
    3. Go to DEFERRALS and add to your shopping cart. Follow the instructions and check-out.

Transfer Instructions

(Deadline is September 7)

Follow these instructions to change your event, prior to September 7 .

(example: Going from Rothman Orthopaedics 8K to Dietz & Watson Philadelphia Marathon). Note there will be a $3 processing fee.

    1. Log in to your  Race Roster account and go to the TRANSFER option.
    2. Select TRANSFER TO A NEW SUB-EVENT option.
    3. Select the event you wish to transfer to. Add to your shopping cart and complete the checkout process to transfer from one event to another event.

Notes on transfers from one event to another:

    • The deadline to transfer is September 7, 2024. After this, there are NO TRANSFERS allowed.
    • A fee of $3.00 will be charged for sub-event transfers.
    • The original registration and product amount paid will be applied as a credit towards the new registration.
    • Please remember to re-select your product options as they do not automatically carry forward.
    • You will be charged the current rate for the new sub-event if you are upgrading the distance. Note the deadline to upgrade your distance was September 14.
    • REMOVE THIS - If you are downgrading your distance (eg - from full marathon to half marathon), you may do so automatically up until race weekend. There is no fee (or refund). You will receive an official finish time and medal for the event you complete.”
