Nemours Children's Health Philadelphia Kid’s Run

Bring the Kids!
The Nemours Children’s Health Philadelphia Kid’s Run is part of Philadelphia Marathon Weekend, welcoming young runners ages 4–12 to experience the excitement of race weekend in their own fun, supportive environment.
The weekend begins at the Health & Fitness Expo at the Pennsylvania Convention Center on Friday and Saturday, where families can pick up bibs and shirts, explore kid-friendly activity stations, meet Nemours staff, and take part in interactive wellness experiences. Registration for the Kid’s Run is open at the Expo until close on Saturday.
On Saturday and Sunday, families are invited to visit the Children’s Zone at the Oval on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. This outdoor space features oversized yard games, inflatables, entertainment, crafts, fitness activities, and opportunities to learn more about healthy habits from Nemours Children’s Health.
The Kid’s Run takes place on Sunday morning, with age-group dashes beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Each child will enjoy a welcoming start area, a safe and clearly marked age appropriate course, and a memorable finish-line experience that includes a medal, and post-run refreshments.
The Nemours Children’s Health Philadelphia Kid’s Run is designed to inspire movement, build confidence, and bring families together. We look forward to seeing you on the Parkway for a weekend full of excitement, community, and fun.

- If you are holding multiple rooms or hotels in your name, please assign with unique names and or release by Thursday, October 13, 2026, if you are no longer using the room(s). Remember hotels charge for one night’s room and tax for late cancels and no shows.
