Hotel Shuttle Information
Welcome to the 2025 Philadelphia Marathon Weekend!
We are happy you chose to visit Philadelphia and participate in the weekend’s events.
The transportation team will help make your arrival to the start area as seamless as possible.
Shuttle buses will be available on both Saturday and Sunday to take you from the hotel to the start area and back again.
If you arrive after the last shuttle has left, you will be responsible to get to the start area on your own.
Race participants are given priority on all shuttles and service animals of runners only are permitted on buses.
Also remember, you will need to clear security when you get to the race area, so be sure to give yourself enough time.

Routes
Shuttle Bus Pick-Up Times:
Saturday, November 22nd (Race starts at 7:00AM)
The first bus will leave the meeting point at 5:00AM. Buses will leave approximately every 10-15 minutes, or as they fill. The last bus will leave the pickup points at 6:00AM.
Return buses will pick-up Routes A/B at 22nd and Pennsylvania and Routes C/D at 24th Street & Park Towne Place beginning at 10:00AM and will run continuously until 2:00PM. They will drop all riders for Routes A/B at Broad & Arch St. and for Routes C/D at Broad & Sansom or 1800 Market St.
Sunday, November 23rd (Race starts at 7:00AM)

Reservations for 2025 Philadelphia Marathon Weekend hotel rooms are now closed!
Some quick reminders:
- If you are holding multiple rooms or hotels in your name, please assign with unique names and or release by Thursday, October 16, 2025, if you are no longer using the room(s). Remember hotels charge for one night’s room and tax for late cancels and no shows.
- All hotels require guests to request early or late check in/check out, please add request to your reservation.
- Last day to access Housing Website – Wednesday, November 5, 2025, 5:00 pm EST.
