Philadelphia Marathon Weekend

November 19-21, 2021

Welcome Peach Tree Attendees!

We are excited for the return of our iconic Philadelphia running event and are committed to creating the safest environment possible for our staff, athletes, volunteers and partners.

Philadelphia Marathon Weekend serves as a proud moment for Philadelphia to shine on the national and international stage, as our marathon is considered one of the most historic racecourses in the country and has been ranked as one of the top 10 marathons as a result of the scenic and historic landmarks the city has.

New this year is a virtual race option to participate in the AACR Philadelphia Marathon, Dietz & Watson Philadelphia Half Marathon, the Rothman 8K, and the Liberty/Freedom/Patriot and Independence Challenges. Participants can run from a location of their choice and will have the month of November to complete their event. Virtual participants are not eligible for age group awards or cash prizes, but will receive a long sleeve technical shirt, a finisher certificate (digital) and a finisher medal.
