If you said yes to either of the questions above you should think about joining TEAM Philly Race Training to prepare for the upcoming Philadelphia Marathon and Half Marathon. Head Coach Ross Martinson (8th place in last year's Philadelphia Marathon) has written a 14-week training program that is ideal for both those who have never run a marathon/half marathon before and those who are looking for a personal best.

You get more than just a training plan: Because TEAM Philly Race Training is powered by 3 local Philly businesses Fusion Cross-training, Excel Physical Therapy and Fitness, and Philadelphia Runner, each with special expertise and services you also get advice on proper shoes/apparel, cross-training, strength conditioning, and injury prevention/treatment.

ACTIVE TRAINER
The Philadelphia Marathon has teamed up with Active Trainer coaches to create half- and full-marathon training programs that are a balance of aerobic, anaerobic and cross-training workouts. These training programs are built to get people of all levels across the finish line. From the first-timer to the seasoned veteran, you will find the right training program for you.
