To accommodate the growing popularity of all of our races, we decided to move the Rothman Institute 8K to a new day and time this year.

THE COURSE

The Rothman Institute 8K (4.97 miles) race, now on its new day of Saturday, November 20, offers runners of all skill and experience levels a chance to challenge themselves and to be a part of the action. The 8K race course takes off in the Benjamin Franklin Parkway/Art Museum area and winds past the scenic banks of the Schuylkill River. The race falls within an especially beautiful time of year, with autumn well underway and temperatures averaging around 54°F/12°C.

• An 8K t-shirt
• Post-race refreshments

The top five male and female finishers in each age group (listed below) will recieve awards for their performance.

CASH PRIZES

Cash prizes for the first five male and female finishers of the 8K will be issued as follows:
