The Course

The Rothman Institute 8K (4.97 mile) race offers runners of all skill and experience levels a chance to challenge themselves and to be a part of the action. The 8K race course takes off at the Benjamin Franklin Parkway and winds past the scenic Philadelphia Museum of Art and along the banks of the Schuylkill River. The race falls within an especially beautiful time of year, with autumn well underway and temperatures averaging around 54°F / 12°C.

All Rothman Institute 8K runners will receive:

• Post-race refreshments
